A concrete pumper is generally known to be a machine that is used to transport concrete. As in the video, they used a pump truck machine that transports the concrete through hoses to footers. It is a much reliable source of transporting concrete when it is required in large volume. The concrete pumping machine keeps the concrete liquid and avoids it solidifying. However, such a concrete pumping machine works in an ordered manner, as the process begins it discharges the concrete into the hopper which agitates in the pumping cylinder to keep the concrete flowing to make it smooth.
Thus, these concrete pumping machines contain pistons, which are seen in the cylinders that work in opposite directions putting constant pressure on the concrete. Although, such concrete pumping machines use a synchronized valve that allows the concrete to pass through the two cylinders into the discharge line. Concrete pumping technology is known to be a reliable way of transporting concrete to construction sites as it takes less time and reduces the workload which is used in taking it to the site manually. Moreover, concrete pumping machines make workers focus on other important tasks than transporting concrete.
